Voice snippets
  • Three snippet kinds — text, app launch, URL open.
  • Three-layer fuzzy matching: exact match → whole-word match → edit distance ≤ 2.
  • Snippet keys passed to Whisper as prompt bias in snippet mode, for a large accuracy jump on short utterances.
Built-in apps
  • Notes panel with unlimited entries, dictation-ready.
  • Kanban board — Todo / Doing / Done — with drag-and-drop between columns.
  • Searchable history of the last 500 transcriptions, stamped with the source app, language, model, and timestamp.
System behavior
  • Menu bar only — no Dock icon, no ⌘Tab clutter, no focus stealing.
  • Status glyph on the menu bar reflects state: idle, recording, transcribing, error.
  • Non-intrusive toasts for confirmations — floating top-right, do not steal focus.
  • Pre-warmed model, loaded quietly in the background the moment you log in.
  • Signed helper so Accessibility and Microphone grants survive rebuilds and updates.
Privacy
  • Fully offline after first launch — no outbound packets during dictation.
